Our Differentiation

  • We are NOT a training organization. Our trainers are Consultants who also deliver training. So, they bring in their real life examples, challenges and operational issues to enhance learning of the participants.
  • Our training is NOT presentation driven. The presentation is just a guideline. The training is driven by the issues the participants face and how best to solve them, with the ITIL® framework in mind.
  • Not only will we talk of a concept, we tell our participants the reasons why they should learn a particular concept. We also explain how these concepts help our participants in their day to day operations!
  • We don't "sell" training. We are counselors to our customers. We work with our customers to select the right group (the experience and the background). We select examples that suit the audience group and help them get the best out of the experience!
  • Based on the aims of participants, we counsel our participants on whether they require certification and how best they can use our material post certification.
  • We strive to ensure that our participants understand the concepts. We mix IT and non-IT examples to ensure that the concepts are understood by both IT and non-IT executives.
  • Our objective is to enable a "service management thought process". We do not strive to push for certification. But certification is a definite by product!

About our Trainers

Ganesh Shrishrimal

Ganesh Shrishrimal, who is based out of Pune has conducted over 85 batches of ITIL® training involving corporates like IBM/Symantec/Alfalaval/Quark/ BMC/SUNGARD etc in India and abroad. He is ITIL® managers certified and has also cleared ITIL® Expert exam with 95%.He is EXIN accredited ITIL® trainer.

Ganesh Shrishrimal has also been actively involved in ISO20K Consulting and has delivered various ISO20K consulting activities successfully. He is COBIT 4.1 certified and has awareness about COSO/SOX/ISO27k etc and a good understanding of governance/Security aspects.

Ashwini Skumar

Ashwini is Certified ITIL® Expert and ITIL® Service Manager. She is an EXIN accredited ITIL® trainer. She has conducted many ITIL® training batches using leading FoxIT course materials. Ashwini has around 11 years of global experience in IT industry in USA and India ranging from Project Management, Product & Application Development Lifecycle Management at many MNCs including ORACLE and Starwood Group Of Hotels.

Ashwini is the Co-Founder and Head of HR & Talent Development at GLOPORE IMS. Ashwini is responsible for coordinating Consulting and Training Services practice and managing HR & Talent Development, Finance and Admin functions at GLOPORE IMS. Prior to actively getting involved with GLOPORE IMS, Ashwini was working at ORACLE India as Project Lead for 3 years in Bangalore and at Technology Center of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc., in Boston area for 7 years and then she returned back to India for good in 2005.

Ashwini has completed her Executive MBA (EGMP) at IIM, Bangalore. She also holds a M.S. degree in Computer Science from Warren National University formerly known as Kennedy-Western University from California and a B .E. degree in Computer Science from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.

Saikat Basu

Nitin is a Senior Consultant at Glopore IMS and has more than 8 years of experience in IT industry. He has managed and delivered consulting services in the area of IT Service Management [ITIL], ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, SEI CMMI V1.2[DEV], SEI CMMI V1.2[SVC], SAS70/ SOX and TL 9000.

Nitin is a Certified ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and IBM Accredited Project Manager. He is also Certified in Change Management, Configuration Management and Leadership in Project Management.

Nitin has Prior to joining Glopore IMS, Nitin was working with IBM India where he handled multiple roles in various positions and significantly contributed in IBM India's CMMI L5 assessment against Ver1.2. He also played key roles in various other assessments/ certifications.

M S Venkatesh Prasad

MSVP is Head of Quality, GLOPORE IMS. He brings with him over 2 decades of experience in leading implementation of Quality Standards and Models including ITSM, CMM / CMMI, Agile, ISO 9000 & TL 9000.MSVP led the achievement of world’s first BS 15000 certification at Digital GlobalSoft. He also played a key role in Digital GlobalSoft’s CMMI and CMM Level 5 assessments. Along with this MSVP was a part of the core team that guided achievement of the world’s first CMM Level 5 assessment in Software Services at Wipro. MSVP was also involved in Six Sigma program at Wipro, training and facilitating six sigma projects and has led a number of Quality System implementations based on ISO 9000 standards in his career.
