* Developing and implementing effective long-term sourcing strategies, both traditional and non-traditional, to meet the staffing needs of GLOPORE IMS business now and in the future.
• Analyzing the state of the talent market for competitiveness with respect to compensation and other factors
• Collaborating with recruiting team to source, screen and hire talent
* Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of GLOPORE IMS management to ensure adequate coverage of Staffing needs.
* Schedules and conducts interviews with candidates for placement.
* Consults with Business Units/Functional Heads to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
* Keeps informed of developments in such areas as wages and salaries, employee benefits, and general personnel practices.
* Directs the design and placement of employment advertising. Review and take approval from Reporting Manager, the text and placement of recruitment advertising in relevant websites, newspapers, magazines, trade or professional journals, or other media.
* Develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates. Identifies sources of candidates, initiates and maintains relationships with outside sources (e.g.,employment agencies, recruiters, colleges, and job fair sponsors).
* Recruits, screens, and interviews internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job vacancies.
* Reviews and evaluates applicant's work history, education, training, and other qualifications.
* Notifies applicants of consideration or rejection; interviews those selected that meet GLOPORE IMS's qualifications.
* Informs candidates of job's duties/responsibilities, compensation and benefits programs, work schedule/conditions, career advancement opportunities, etc.
* Conducts and scores, or arranges for, testing of applicants; records results and other relevant information.
* Arranges for interviews and travel/lodging of selected applicants at company's expense, as necessary.
* Speaks with/to a variety of external contacts to provide information regarding job possibilities and career opportunities.
* Maintains contact with and may visit high schools, trade schools, colleges, universities, job fairs and related functions as part of the recruiting efforts.
* Evaluates selection criteria and testing techniques to ensure compliance to standards; participates in the development and implementation of revisions.
* Performs reference and background checks.
* Prepares and extends job offers; prepares and/or authorizes appropriate paperwork.
* Makes job offers and Prepares legally required and special reports relevant to the employment function. Ensures adherence to all governmental regulations pertaining to the employment process.
* Prepare Various Recruitment Reports, Metrics. Ensure Accuracy of Applicants Database,Recruitment DashBoard, Recruitment Tracker and share the same with the required function on time.
* Conducts new hire orientations, develops and controls employment/recruiting expenditures budget.
* Provide leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to a "Dream Team" of experienced Recruiters who provide recruiting support to Heads across several BUs/Functions. Supervises the Recruitment Team who interview applicants across-level positions.
* Work closely with BU's & Functional Heads to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate on organizational-level initiatives.
