Prior to setting up GLOPORE IMS, Satish was with
Novell Inc., (NASDAQ: NOVL) at its corporate headquarters in Waltham, MA USA. His dedication and commitment won him the Novell ONE Award. Satish started his career in Bangalore, INDIA where he worked with various reputed MNCs. Some of his significant achievements include his involvement in the development of OS/2 Toolkit for IBM; building Lotus Notes Gateways to customers in Germany and managing on-shore and off-shore project teams for Compaq as part of BFL Software. In 1997, Satish was hired by Cambridge Technology Partners (NASDAQ: CATP) a global IT Consulting firm with over US$650M in revenue and 5500+ employees. Satish has a strong technology background and several certifications including ITIL® , Siebel, Novell and Microsoft.
In August 2006, itSMF certifies (Certificate No: 519) Satish as ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor.
Satish holds an MBA in Global Management from
Babson College, USA and
Master of Science in Computer Science from Kennedy-Western University,
USA, Master's Diploma in Computerized Software Applications from Datapro
Information Technology, INDIA, Bachelors of Science from Kuvempu University, INDIA and has done

State Bank of India with industrial and international finance positions
in Madras, India and London, England. Since then, he has held research
and faculty positions at IMD (Institute of Management Development) in
Switzerland, the Harvard Business School, and Tulane University, where
he received the Howard Wissner Outstanding Teacher of the Year Award.
Dr. Rangan's research, teaching, and consulting focus on competitive
strategy, joint ventures, strategic alliances, global competition, and
national competitiveness. Currently he is working on research projects
dealing with China's economic development strategy, the use of strategic
alliances in service industries, and the impact of national business
systems on global strategies of firms. Dr. Rangan is the co-author of
the best selling book, Strategic Alliances: An Entrepreneurial Approach
to Globalization, published by the Harvard Business School Press. In
1995, the book was named one of the top 30 business books of the year by
executive forums in both the United States and Europe. He is the author
of several well-received and best-selling case studies on global
competition and strategic management, published both by Harvard Business
School and IMD. Dr. Rangan's research articles have been published in
academic journals such as the Journal of Global Marketing, Columbia
Journal of World Business, and Strategic Change. He has presented
scholarly papers at the Strategic Management Society and the Academy of
International Business, and has been a speaker at several
practitioner-oriented conferences and forums.

Ashwini recently completed her Executive MBA (EGMP) at IIMB Bangalore. She also holds M.S. in Computer Science from Warren National University formerly known as Kennedy-Western University from California and B.E. in Computer Science from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.

Mr. Sunil Rao has spent about 3.5 years in US as a Unix Consultant and has worked on building UNIX application infrastructure for customers of eDocs, namely American Express, Humana, Cingular wireless, AT&T, Verizon Wireless etc. Mr. Sunil Rao has also spent about 4 years as Senior Network Analyst at WIPRO Technologies as part of their core Infrastructure Management Team, being part of the team that built WIPRO’s ITPL facility infrastructure being one of the important milestones.

He also has experience in leading cross-functional teams across sales and delivery which has helped him manage large consulting engagements with P&L responsibility.
Starting his IT foray in India in 1977 with DCM Data Products, RP quickly moved to HCL in its infancy stages, where he worked for almost 20 years. From a $5M organisation, RP grew with the organisation to what is a multi billion dollar global enterprise today. Entrepreneurial spirit, the basic ethos of HCL, is what got imbibed in him as a way of life. In the early days of HCL, RP was involved in big wins like Life Insurance Corporation, Intelligence Bureau and the Indian Railways. When support took a beating, he stepped in to lead large support teams with dramatic improvements in customer satisfaction levels. This talks about his versatility as a leader. He managed, from inception to disinvestment a joint venture with Hewlett Packard where in a period of 5 years revenues grew from $25 M to $200M. In the process, he also developed strategic alliances with man product and service companies worldwide for inorganic business growth.
The era of software services saw RP head International Marketing of HCL Technologies from India. He then moved to UK to manage pan European consulting teams. He successfully managed sales teams with big 5 background to sell blended offshore services to some of the large systems integrators in Europe.
From 2002 RP headed to European Operations of Blue Star Infotech as its Chief Operating Officer before setting up his own consulting practice in 2005. In his consulting practice, he has been involved with: a property BPO company to corporatise its offerings, a law firm in creating legal BPOs in India, a large technology oriented, US centric IT services company in developing its 'go to market' plan for Europe and a host of other assignments.

Prior to joining GLOPORE IMS, Vivek was working as an Engineering Manager and Program Manager at Hewlett Packard where he managed multiple software product development teams spread across USA and India. He helped build software development teams from the ground up, at Digital-India which later became a part of Hewlett Packard. He also worked on setting the group's technology focus areas by looking at new product development and innovation pipeline. Vivek started his career at BFL Software where he helped the organization in transitioning major projects from USA to India.
Vivek has completed his MBA at Babson College with the highest honors, summa cum laude. His areas of focus are Technology management, Strategy and Corporate Entrepreneurship. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication) from Kuvempu University.
Vivek is the founder of a non-profit organization "ReachOut", which helps the poor for education and medical purposes. In the past 8 years, it has helped more than 300 families. Other than his non-profit work, Vivek enjoys meditation, reading and tennis.

Sriam has successfully completed the Satyam BS 7799 initiative in a record period of six months across seven locations in Hyderabad with his team. Later-on the certification was extended to all the cities where Satyam operated. Over a period of time he gained end-to-end experience in IT Service Management. He later took a two year sabbatical to work in an Engineering College as Management Consultant and Head of Placements.

Srinivas Rao is the Founder and CEO of Aujas Networks, a pure-play digital security services company and also Director at 24X7Learning.Com. Rao co-founded Aujas Networks in February 2008 after over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to Aujas, Rao served as the Senior Vice President — Market Management at Cisco Systems and also served as the Chief Operating Officer at IBM Netsol.

One of Aamer’s key contributions to Wipro was the establishment of the ITIL® principles in the internal IT management team. Aamer has extensive work experience in the US where he spent a total of 11 years with reputed companies such as IBM, SAIC, Apple Computers and Freeborders — all in the IT infrastructure management domain.
